PAYMENT OPTIONS
Can I pay by Bank Deposit?
To pay by direct bank deposit you’ll need to email us directly at enquiries@inspiredtraders.com.au from there we will invoice you and send you the appropriate payment details.
Can I pay using a credit card?
All prices are in Australian Dollars. We use EWAY as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, American Express are all accepted payment methods.

SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
We would love our overseas followers to purchase our INSPIRED TRADERS products. We use Express International via Australia Post for all our international orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on your location, postage service & products ordered.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping: $8.95
2-5 business days for Capital Cities/Metro Areas. Regional and Rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days.
Express Shipping: $14.95
1-3 business days for Capital Cities/Metro Areas. Regional and Rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days.
NEW ZEALAND
International: $12.00 14 Days (Allow 10 working days)
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL
International: $30.00 14 Days (Allow 10 working days)
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Inspired Traders is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 working days to be packed and shipped from our Newcastle, NSW warehouse. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. You can expect your order to take:
Australia: standard shipping: 2-5 working days / Express Post: 1-3 working days (see notes above for regional areas)
NZ & International: 3-10 working days
Please note all orders are sent via Registered Post.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns Policy?
We hope you love your new inspired products, however if you would like to return your order please see our return policy and procedure outlined below.
Please note – this return policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.
RETURN POLICY
INSPIRED TRADERS offer returns for change of mind on all orders, however the following exclusions and requirements apply:
All products to be returned should be unused
All returns need to be in their original condition and packaging.
Sale items – items purchased on sale or using a discount code cannot be returned for change of mind purchases only if faulty or damaged (this includes items purchased via a promotional code, birthday code or flash sale code)
How do I return my purchase?
Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.
- Contact INSPIRED TRADERS customer service (enquiries@inspiredtraders.com.au) within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please specify your name, order number and item/s to be returned (please check that your order is eligible – via our ‘Returns Policy’).
- Once you have emailed and if eligible, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Within 7 days of receiving your RAN, return the item/s via trackable/secure postage to the address provided.
- Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by INSPIRED TRADERS and will not be included in your refund.
- If we do cover the cost of return shipment, it will be deducted from the refund total.
- INSPIRED TRADERS will review the return and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements below), your refund or exchange will be processed.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution.
Returns outside of this period are at the discretion of INSPIRED TRADERS and we reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns, that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Can I Exchange my purchase?
Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, however will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item back to INSPIRED TRADERS. INSPIRED TRADERS will cover shipping costs of the new item.
Are there any additional terms to a return and refund?
Refunds will be processed via original payment method only and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. Please note: INSPIRED TRADERS do not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to INSPIRED TRADERS.
What if I receive my purchased products and they are faulty?
For all faulty or damaged items, INSPIRED TRADERS offer replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
